As Marketing Director at Pilgram Group International, I helped scale the business to supply 70% of Zanzibar’s hotels, including premium boutique properties, while growing our presence in the local market. Our focus was meats and premium cold cuts. Alongside my work at Rock the Yacht, that experience connects hospitality supply with the food, service and experiences guests enjoy on the water.
