The situation
Zanzibar had local talent, returning diaspora and growing interest in technology. The summit gave builders, business owners and policymakers a regular place to meet.
What I did
Programmed the agenda around working sessions rather than panels, brought in partners, handled the press pipeline and ran the event operations end to end.
Why it matters
The summit has helped people meet clients, find collaborators and share their work with a wider audience.
If you run something similar, the services pages explain how I'd approach it, or you can get in touch.
